These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 4kkbd platform and all of its services. In this document, "4kkbd", "we", or "the platform" refers to the website at https://4kkbd.bet and its mobile application. "Member" or "you" refers to any registered or unregistered user.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless there are special circumstances approved by 4kkbd.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• 4kkbd reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error in the odds is identified.
• In Live Betting, if a bet is confirmed after the odds have changed, the bet will be settled at the new odds.
• In a combo or parlay bet, if one selection is voided, the bet will stand with the remaining selections.
• The use of betting bots or any automated software is strictly prohibited.

4kkbd reserves the right to set betting limits for any member. Specific betting markets may be restricted or closed at any time without reason.

4kkbd offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 4kkbd. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using betting bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Conducting transactions through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Harassing or abusing other members.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

4kkbd uses advanced technology to detect suspicious activity. If evidence of illegal conduct is found, relevant information may be passed on to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

4kkbd reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If false or incomplete identity information is provided.
• If a security threat or cyberattack is suspected.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
